You can licence the Seahorse software which allows you to migrate sites to your own AWS account with full access to the management console to control the hosting resources from within WordPress admin or through our API management console. Note: Usage charges are paid directly to AWS.

By default, the software initiates a t3a.medium instance (4GB), but self-managed users have the option to select their preferred instance size as part of the migration process prior to instance launch. For detailed pricing information on each instance size, please refer to the AWS Lightsail pricing page.
Cloud Support
Cloud Support is general guidance offered to Agency+ licence holders related to the following services in Lightsail (relative to WordPress only):
– Compute (Instances)
– Databases
– Networking (Static IP, Distribution only)
– Storage
– Snapshots
This is an advisory service which allows our clients to manage their day to day Lightsail infrastructure in-house with the aid of our support team. It also allows for hands-on contract work to be carried out by Seahorse on the clients AWS account as required. These requests can be raised through our ticketing system and are charged at an hourly contract rate.
